All rooms are new modernized with AC, comfy beds and ensuite rooms. No curfews, just easy going enjoyment. Beach Resort on a Budget! We offer these discounted budget doubles for the savvy traveler as well as some special upgraded sea front units at great prices.

Popeyes Beach Resort Caye Caulker Policy and Condition:
Linen and First set of towels are included. We do not provide beach towels. We only clean rooms after a check out unless your a 7 day stay. Then we provide a one time full service clean of your booked unit. If you need to exchange towels for fresh ones, you may do so at the Reception Desk for a fee of $5 BZD

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night plus applicable tax of your stay.

Check in from: 15.00 P.M. to 19:00 P.M.
Check out before: 10.00 A.M.

Muy simpático el staff, nos atendieron super bien y siempre muy alegres todos. El lugar tiene una locación increíble y el restaurante que está en frente tiene música todos los días y un ambiente y vista increíble. También hablan español 🥰 La piscina le da un plus al lugar con sus atardeceres ☺️ gracias 🤩

for the price it was alright but we didn't spend more time than mevessary there. Our ro was pretty humid and we had no mosquito nets, so it was impossible to let fresh air in. Our room was on the ground floor and it was noisy quite early. also we would have liked to have more places to put our luggage. there is a chair but it's broken amd can only be used for lighter objects.

More of a hotel room but that was perfect for us needing a break. Air conditioning is amazing. Staff didn’t come to clean but wasn’t a problem for us, just one to be aware of. Location is very walkable to main restaurants and area without being in the main split (maybe a 15 minute walk). Not a social space but was what we were looking for so we were happy with that.
