JG Sohotel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation must be received by 4pm the 72hours prior to your arrival to avoid a penalty to the first night’ room and taxes
After the free cancellation period(72hrs), the accommodation fee will be charged.
Taxes and additional fees not included in the booking must be paid upon check-in.
No shows will be charged for the entire stay, - NOTE: Non-refundable rate is not refundable.
