Sunbeam Motel is an affordable motel that is conveniently located near downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly State University. We’re just off Highway 101, providing comfort and convenience to travelers driving between San Francisco and Los Angeles.

We're centrally located for major attractions, from area wineries to the beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away.

Our rooms include a TV, refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee maker, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Our Standard Double has one queen bed; rates are $49 per room for 1-2 people. One person staying on their own still needs to pay $49.

The Deluxe Twin has two queen beds; rates are $69 per room for 1-4 persons.

**Summer rates are slightly higher.
