Newly renovated house with three floors, four bedroom and an attic.

Casita Lucero features accommodation within less than 15 min. of the centre of Málaga.

On the ground floor you can find a spacious living room, bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen and a bright courtyard.

On the first floor you have four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of them with shower. All rooms have smart locks, ceiling fans and mosquito nets.

The top floor is an independent loft with a double bed, sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and equipped kitchen. It has mosquito nets, ceiling fan, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine and access to a private terrace.

Lockers available for storing luggage free of charge, subject to availability.

Casita Lucero Policy and Conditions:
Check in from 13.00 (Entrance to the house is via electronic smart lock, so you can enter at any time after 13h)
Check out before 10.30h

Cancellation Policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation you will be charged the first night of your stay. In case of no show the full stay will be charged.

Service fee (cleaning) 20€ per stay
Breakfast not included

Deposit policy:
The client agrees to pay a deposit of 100€ for rooms and 200€ for the whole house, which the supplier may apply in the following cases:
When any damage is observed in the furniture or appliances directly attributable to the client or when they exceed the normal deterioration that corresponds to the use
When it is observed that any property has been stolen
When the room (or dwelling, as the case may be) is not delivered in acceptable conditions of cleanliness

General:
We do not have a reception, but we do take phone calls from 8am to 23h or whatsapp.
No pets allowed, no smoking in common areas (only in the patio and terrace). No parties allowed.
To maintain a comfortable environment, we use a sensor that measures noise levels (without recording).
