Top Events Cannes, France

In 2026, Cannes has 23 events to explore, stretching far beyond its world-renowned film festival. This French Riviera hotspot delivers a programme packed with more than just movie premieres. Think thrilling yachting regattas, engaging art exhibitions, and a string of swanky beach club gatherings that run throughout the warmer months. It’s a prime chance to experience a touch of that famous glamour, yet surprisingly, it can be done on a backpacker's budget.
The atmosphere in Cannes often blends high-end events with plenty of accessible parties, especially along the Croisette promenade and in the charming old town's Le Suquet neighbourhood. Staying in a well-located hostel keeps you right in the centre of the action, making it simple to link up with new mates and find the best spots to soak it all in. Cannes in 2026 is where the glitz meets good times, without breaking the bank.
