Cozy house, do not expect an hotel, this is a bed and breakfast. The pros: breakfast is delicious and the area where you have it is lovely. Every room has an AC. You are close to Khao san road and some temples. Good price for the service. The cons: taxis can not leave/pick you up at the entrance. Shared bathrooms are not the best. It is a very noisy house and the bed is too hard. At night it can be quiet scary to walk alone in that area.

Lovely accommodation for a quiet spot to stay in Bangkok. It's located within a quiet backalley while still being within walking distance to major attractions like Khaosan Road and the Royal Palace. I stayed in a private room and really enjoyed having a nice, quiet space to come back to after a big day of exploring. I wouldn't describe the place as a hostel but rather a hotel or almost a homestay. The staff were lovely and so was the included breakfast. I'd certainly stay again.

Really nice place. I felt secure and we got a delicious breakfast. There is great thai massage just around the corner (chingcha) and the location was very good. The walls are pretty thin so it can be a bit noisy but other than that we had an awesome stay.
