We had a lovely stay and would come again! The location is great, quiet but super close to nice restaurants, shops & bigger sights. Staff is lovely and the traditional Thai breakfast different, and freshly cooked and delicious every day! Ideally arrive during the day as the way is through an alley, which does feel safe at night but I would have been a bit freaked out the first time.

Cozy house, do not expect an hotel, this is a bed and breakfast. The pros: breakfast is delicious and the area where you have it is lovely. Every room has an AC. You are close to Khao san road and some temples. Good price for the service. The cons: taxis can not leave/pick you up at the entrance. Shared bathrooms are not the best. It is a very noisy house and the bed is too hard. At night it can be quiet scary to walk alone in that area.
