Staff were nice and the kitchen was ok, not much common area and the pool was quite dirty all the time. The room was nice and spacious but it always smelt damp from the bathroom not having any ventilation. You could smell the damp from the corridors , if it weren’t for the balcony doors being open the whole day it would have been unbearable. Otherwise the free breakfast was quite nice and helpful and people seemed friendly. Really good location, about 30 mins walk from CBD

If you want to stay in a place where dirt clings to every surface, and you like playing guess the mystery stain on the carpet then book here. The room is not ‘cleaned’ twice a week, the floors are just hoovered over. It’s extortionate, the facilities are grimy, the washing machine takes your money then doesn’t start, it’s also in a storage unit that’s not even on the property, with an open door so if you go through the car park anyone can get in. Do not recommended, this place is a bio hazard

Full of long termers and super cliquey groups, and very few British people. WiFi didn’t work at all outside kitchen area. No curtains on beds and the beds were very old and creaky, same as lockers. Only one bathroom per room and no communal facilities so if anyone in the room was using it no one else could. Kitchen closes at 10 which is quite early when you have a big day out. Staff were all very nice though and super helpful when we had issues.
