If you read the reviews I would say they are pretty accurate. It's one of the cheapest places in Perth, you get what you pay for I guess. Not a great atmosphere in the common areas, definitely seems like a lot of long term guests, so very hard to break into the groups. Also pretty run down and dirty, floors were stained, bathroom had a massive amount of hair in it. As well as absolutely no room in the fridges and food storage area. Staff were helpful and kind.
