The hostel is really nice, quiet, good location (near metro and in the heart of montmartre). I stayed in a 3-bed female room which was cozy and chill. The issue I had was with the bathroom facilities that had a weird layout (toilet in a room + sink and shower in the other, so if you use a menstrual cup be aware of that) and the shower drain was NOT working so the floor was soaked after a shower. I let the reception know but it wasn't fixed during my stay. Apart from that, I would recommend.

The stay was really nice. The hostel is perfectly located. We had the 3 bed female dorm. It was good, but lockers or a wadrobe would have been nice, since there was not a lot of space. The breakfast is not huge, but you can have as much coffee as you like and that was great!

I loved my stay at the Caulaincourt. the location was perfect. the shower was only ok but I had my own private shower so that can be forgiven. would absolutely stay here again.
