Really nice place! Beautiful setting. I had rented a scooter from a different company and someone picked up my helmet accidentally and the front desk staff was trying very hard to help me locate it! The only gripe is that it says there are “coffee and tea making facilities” but really this just means they can give you hot water.

This hostel looks really nice, but lacks any atmosphere, as the accommodation feels like an afterthought to the restaurant. There’s nowhere to relax outside the dorms except for the restaurant, which makes for a weird vibe. Also the top bunk beds don’t have barriers which is pretty uncomfortable and dangerous. However the bugs weren’t as bad as other reviews suggest.

The hostel was beautiful, but that’s the best thing I can say about it. Stayed in the deluxe dorm and the 360 windows had no curtains and no shade, so the room was extremely hot all day and night. If the heat and sun in the room aren’t enough to wake you up, they started loud construction at 8am. The doors didn’t seal and there were no bug nets, so tons of bugs in the room. Shower wasn’t enclosed so it sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the floor stayed wet all day. Not worth the money
