The online key system didn't always work so sometimes you have to wait outside. So yes it felt safe to stay in this hostel because even the hostel's guests couldn't enter the building or the apartment. The reception is across the street but I didnt get help, they just explained same things that are written in the link they sent you when you check in. Some of the toilet's didn't have hand soap, the door handels were lose and nearly falling of and at least one shower was leaking.

Read some bad reviews and was a bit scared first, but my experience was quiet good. While the kitchen is not the nicest atmosphere wise it's convenient and clean. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning works well, a bit too cold for my liking but that's a personal preference. I had some issues getting the door code but one phone call was enough to resolve the issue.

There was no lock on the bedroom door, so random people came into the room during the night. The bathrooms were not that nice. I did not really like this hostel.
