This hostel is extremely dirty and not like how it is shown in photos. The sheets smelled like the previous guest and stank up the entire pod. The air vent inside the pod doesn’t work well and showers were just a faucet head on top of the toilet. Don’t stay here and chose an another hostel.

The capsules were great. Felt safe however the rest Of the property was FILTHY to the point where I didn’t want to shower there the kitchen was not clean. No cutlery limited crockery. No fridge. All standards things you expect from a hostel. Some of the staff were rude and reluctant to help. Limited instruction on how to use the capsule. I had to ask another guest.

We were allowed to use the Bestow Hostel services - which had bad customer service from the staff. In the end wasn't able to use Jacuzzi and pool because of mismanaged timings everything was contradictory!). Bestow Hotel staff was not the best. Bestow capsule hotel workers were not friendly as well. Said good morning but was ignored. Charging facilities in the pod not working but able to charge at front desk. All in all quite a confusing stay.
