Bestow Hostel

The capsules were great. Felt safe however the rest Of the property was FILTHY to the point where I didn’t want to shower there the kitchen was not clean. No cutlery limited crockery. No fridge. All standards things you expect from a hostel. Some of the staff were rude and reluctant to help. Limited instruction on how to use the capsule. I had to ask another guest.

We were allowed to use the Bestow Hostel services - which had bad customer service from the staff. In the end wasn't able to use Jacuzzi and pool because of mismanaged timings everything was contradictory!). Bestow Hotel staff was not the best. Bestow capsule hotel workers were not friendly as well. Said good morning but was ignored. Charging facilities in the pod not working but able to charge at front desk. All in all quite a confusing stay.

This was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in 50+ in the last 3 years. The price is GREAT - but so are MANY others in the area. The pictures you see here are quite deceptive. The capsule rooms are so full of capsules, you can hardly walk to your capsule zig zagging between the stairs to the uppers. The capsules themselves are fine. No TV in them as implied. Really that wasn’t the issue. There was a surprise deposit that had to be in cash. Still not really the issue. A rooftop
