Hostel Coeur de Cite Carcassonnessa sijaitsee upealla paikalla keskiaikaisen kaupungin sisällä. Vieraat kehuvat usein ystävällistä ja avuliasta henkilökuntaa. There were no lockers to store luggage before and after checkout, and you could not lock your belongings inside the dorm room. The beds are not the best and the showers would only stay on for about 5 seconds, which was extremely irritating. It’s a good hostel for 1 night, but nothing more.

This hostel is one of the worst I've been to, it is so obvious that they wanted to spend as little money as possible when building this place. None of the communal toilets even have seats, the doors don't lock automatically, you have to give it an extra push or the door won't be locked. The doors are so loud that you can loudly hear every door on the whole floor getting slammed shut (by their own weight). The cleaning was very average and the sheets had some yellow spots. Would not recommend.
