My name is Mr. Strong - the host and an expierience tour guide with extensive knowledge of the cave and the area, I can speak good English and will definitely give you some great information.

The Palm Lodge Phong Nha saa kiitosta poikkeuksellisen ystävällisestä ja avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan, erityisesti herra Strongista, joka tekee parhaansa vieraiden eteen. Sen ensiluokkainen sijainti on ihanteellinen liikenneyhteyksien ja alueen tutkimisen kannalta. Puhtaus ja mukavat sängyt mainitaan usein, mikä tekee siitä erinomaisen valinnan yksin matkustaville ja reppureissaajille.

Very friendly staff who helped us book our trip to Paradise Cave/Dark Cave/Duck Farm, which was fantastic. Basic room but at a great price so can’t complain. Breakfast was also great with multiple options. Would recommend!

The Palm Lodge was clean, safe and comfortable. There were lockers and luggage storage too. The hostel also offered a wide variety of guided tours of the Phong Nha Caves, which I would recommend. The staff were incredible and Mr Strong helped us with extending our stay on very short notice. The breakfast was delicious (especially the banh mi omelette). I highly recommend staying here.

Nice place, staff was kind, not really any social area and definitely not a social hostel. The beds were a bit creaky and the curtain didn’t cover all my bed. The breakfast included wasn’t the best but that’s fine to me. The room was a nice temperature and they offered tons of tours you could book through them. Location was nice too.
