My name is Mr. Strong - the host and an expierience tour guide with extensive knowledge of the cave and the area, I can speak good English and will definitely give you some great information.

Il Palm Lodge a Phong Nha è apprezzato per il suo personale eccezionalmente cordiale e disponibile, in particolare il signor Strong, che fa di tutto per gli ospiti. La sua posizione privilegiata è ideale per i collegamenti di trasporto e l'esplorazione della zona. La pulizia e i letti comodi sono frequentemente evidenziati, rendendolo un'ottima scelta per viaggiatori singoli e backpacker.

This was my favourite place so far (Two weeks travelling so far!) The rooms are simple but clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best I have got in hostels so far. I am vegan and every morning I got a very tasty sandwich with tofu and vegetables. The place is in a perfect position and in the hostel it's possible to book tours and buses. Super good location and very spacious room (we were in 2 and we took one dorm for 4 people). The owner was very kind and friendly: he helped us find a tour to the caves the same morning for the day. I would definitely recommend this place ✨

The Palm Lodge was clean, safe and comfortable. There were lockers and luggage storage too. The hostel also offered a wide variety of guided tours of the Phong Nha Caves, which I would recommend. The staff were incredible and Mr Strong helped us with extending our stay on very short notice. The breakfast was delicious (especially the banh mi omelette). I highly recommend staying here.
