Casa León is a small hostel located in Bacalar, Mexico. We offer a tranquil and comfortable stay with our private rooms, while you can enjoy the social aspect in our communal spaces, such as the lounge area and kitchen.

All rooms have private bathrooms.

We are located near some main attractions such as Laguna de Bacalar, Fuerte de San Felipe de Bacalar, Balneario Mágico Bacalar and Ichkabal Archaeological Site.

Casa León Bacalarissa saa kiitosta uskomattoman ystävällisestä ja avuliaasta isännästä Hectorista, joka saa vieraat tuntemaan olonsa erittäin tervetulleiksi. Sijainti on kätevä, lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja palveluita. Monet nauttivat kodikkaasta tunnelmasta, mikä tekee siitä mukavan paikan yöpyä. Joissakin yksityishuoneissa ei ole ikkunaa, mutta niissä on ilmastointi.

The host, Hector, was one of the nicest people we met on our trip to Mexico. He was always in a good mood, ready to help with whatever we needed. The atmosphere of the hostel was nice, it was easy to talk to other travelers. The private room didn't have a window that you could open but it did have air conditioning which was great.

The 4-bed room is actually connected to a 2-bed room, where a local resident, a senior guy, goes in and out of your room to brush his teeth, for example. I complained about misrepresentation on Hostelworld and he kicked me out of the hostel at 11 pm at night! Hostelworld needs to take my complaints seriously and delist malicious hostels.
