The website advertised a 12-bed dorm, but there were actually 16 beds, making the room very overcrowded and poorly ventilated, with a strong unpleasant smell. I stayed for 3 days, and the bathrooms and toilets were noticeably dirty and unhygienic, with poor cleaning and maintenance. Overall cleanliness needs serious improvement.The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner were provided, which were positive aspects.overcrowding, unpleasant smell, and poor hygiene affected my stay

Booked 6 nights based on misleading photos; Paint fell from ceiling; the bathroom had no door/privacy, and I had to ask for tissues. I showered at McDonald’s and my friend’s hostel. I asked for a refund next day but was told it’s only possible within 45 minutes. Hostelworld didn’t respond. Staff moved me, but nothing changed. Staff were some of the nicest I met. I left despite paying another night and regret not leaving earlier. Tight budget? Fine, but don’t trust the photos
