I love love love Cloud Trails. Immediately it felt like home and Anthea and Gobi were so kind and welcoming. They gave me great local advice on food, activities, and transport. The hostel itself is lovely, very clean and comfortable, and the surrounding gardens make it a peaceful place to relax in the hammock. Its up the hill from the main town but very easy to catch a quick bus ride and it was in the perfect location to access the trailhead for Ella Rock. I hope to return!

This was truly an amazing hostel! The hosts were so nice and welcoming! They brought us on different trips for free and gave us fruits from their garden. They always made sure we were happy about the place. I can really recommend this hostel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
