Traditions, food and also a bit of Spanish– or just hang out in the backyard and enjoy a beer in one of our hammocks. If you stay with us, you will live in our house and be able to choose between dorms, private rooms, hammocks or one of our three apartments, which is fully furnished for groups of travellers. In our backyard, you will also find various trees with exotic fruits, such as mangos, medlar and oranges!
The bus terminal is approachable in 20 minutes by walking or in even 5 minutes with a taxi. There is no bus connection to the terminal, but the taxi is really cheap. The shopping centre Buenavista (the biggest in town) is just 200 meters away from the hostel. There you can find ATM´s, supermarkets, a cinema and a lot of other shops! The famous museum Quinta San Pedro Alejandrino is located in a 500 mts. distance. Our hostel is located a bit outside the centre, so it’s really easy to explore the best beaches around Santa Marta. The bus station to get to Parque Nacional Tayrona, Palomino, Taganga, Minca and Buritaca is really easy to catch, just 2 minutes from the hostel .
Our rooms are equipped with fans, private bathroom, and comfortable beds so you can rest quietly. The rooms are spacious and very fresh in total 400 square meters Common areas quite spacious and with diverse vegetation We have a kitchen full equipped and a BBQ for special occasions plus a terrace for sunbathing. The house has 4 rooms with dorms and private rooms.
