Property and cancellation policies:
* FREE cancellation 15 days prior to arrival on non-holiday dates***
* Exception: If you book more than 3 rooms, you must pay 50% at the time of booking.
* 100% penalty if you cancel between days 14 and 0 before arrival.
* Early departures: They will be penalized with the cost of 2 nights.
* No-show: 100% penalty of the total reservation.
* Important: During national holidays, from November 1 to 5, 2024, you must book 50% of the total and pay the rest upon arrival. During this period, as well as on New Year's Day and Easter, we do not offer refunds and full payment must be made a minimum of 15 days in advance.
