There is no reception. When I arrived, it was a GUEST the one who let me in. If she hadn't been there, I would have been waiting on the street for a long time! Otherwise, the hostel is decent. Actually, it’s comfortable, secure, and well-located. But if you plan to stay there, good luck with the arrival and getting the keys. The cleaning lady was very nice; she was the one who gave me my keys.

Don't be fooled by the rating, read the reviews before booking. Ant infestation from day one, reported but only dealt with the following day after repeated insisting. No staff on site: everything is managed remotely, and response is slow. That same night, the AC broke down at midnight and flooded the floor, I was told to empty the tank myself. Dirty mattress, broken wardrobe, open windows due to AC venting = street noise and bad smells all night. The location is fine, but that's about it.
