All our rooms are newly renovated, providing a cozy and comfortable get-away in the heart of Vienna’s urban jungle. Whether you’re seeking a homey double room or a dormitory bed, we have you covered.

Choose from our classic dorms with open bunks or our 'special dorms' with lockable beds for an extra level of privacy and security. We also offer private double, twin, triple, and quadruple rooms at affordable rates. All rooms include free Wi-Fi access and shared showers and toilets. Additionally, you’ll have 24/7 access to a spacious common room with a guest kitchen area on the ground level.

At BeFree Hostel, you can enjoy the convenience of complete self-check-in. Tedious paperwork and payments are fully managed online, and a personalized QR code on your mobile phone allows you to check in independently from 3 PM onwards. Please note, there is no staff on-site! If you need assistance, you can call us anytime or visit the front desk at our main location on Felberstr. 20, just a 3-minute walk from BeFree.

BeFree Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.

Taxes included.

Breakfast not included.

Le BeFree Hostel à Vienne offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, avec un système d'accès pratique par QR code et une cuisine bien équipée. Certains clients ont trouvé le quartier un peu louche et ont noté des problèmes de bruit dus au manque de personnel. Les douches manquent parfois de pommeau et la propreté des salles de bain pourrait être améliorée.

The location is not ideal when coming from Wien Hauptbanhof. The ambiance was really humid but as we were staying only for 1 night, it was okay. The doors are all lockable but the luggage lockroom was in bad shape.

An unusual stay but was clean and it does the job. It is important to note there were no staff at all, and you use a qr code to access and open doors (And even private bed compcompartment). It was difficult to get the hang of but worked it out eventually. It was extremely hot but they had temporarily placed a fan in the room so it was managable. Decent kitchen as well which was cleaned daily.

Bed was comfy except for the very scratchy comforter. Bedroom was clean the bathrooms were dirty. There was no soap for our stay which was around 16hrs. This place is fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay here longer. We booked a private 3 bed which was on the ground floor, with windows to the street and right next to the door of the hostel. We heard people coming and going all night. Check in process is frustrating as others have said but the staff to help at the other place was nice
