Welcome to BeFree Self-Check-In Hostel, your vibrant, colorful, and modern home away from home!

All our rooms are newly renovated, providing a cozy and comfortable get-away in the heart of Vienna’s urban jungle. Whether you’re seeking a homey double room or a dormitory bed, we have you covered.

Choose from our classic dorms with open bunks or our 'special dorms' with lockable beds for an extra level of privacy and security. We also offer private double, twin, triple, and quadruple rooms at affordable rates. All rooms include free Wi-Fi access and shared showers and toilets. Additionally, you’ll have 24/7 access to a spacious common room with a guest kitchen area on the ground level.

At BeFree Hostel, you can enjoy the convenience of complete self-check-in. Tedious paperwork and payments are fully managed online, and a personalized QR code on your mobile phone allows you to check in independently from 3 PM onwards. Please note, there is no staff on-site! If you need assistance, you can call us anytime or visit the front desk at our main location on Felberstr. 20, just a 3-minute walk from BeFree.

BeFree Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.

Taxes included.

Breakfast not included.

Il BeFree Hostel a Vienna offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, con un pratico sistema di accesso tramite QR code e una cucina ben attrezzata. Alcuni ospiti hanno trovato il quartiere un po' poco raccomandabile e hanno notato problemi di rumore dovuti alla mancanza di personale. Le docce a volte mancano del soffione e la pulizia dei bagni potrebbe essere migliorata.

Bed was comfy except for the very scratchy comforter. Bedroom was clean the bathrooms were dirty. There was no soap for our stay which was around 16hrs. This place is fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay here longer. We booked a private 3 bed which was on the ground floor, with windows to the street and right next to the door of the hostel. We heard people coming and going all night. Check in process is frustrating as others have said but the staff to help at the other place was nice

Enjoyed my overall stay, however as 2 young women we didn’t feel entirely secure without a lock/latch inside our room. There was a bad smell in the corridor for the majority of our stay but aside from that everything was very well kept and the one cleaning lady we met was very nice.

Neighborhood kinda sketchy, very loud people due to no staff so the noise rules were not enforced. No shower heads to “save water”, bathrooms dirty
