Private Bathroom: Enjoy the luxury of your own private bathroom, complete with modern fixtures, a shower, and ample storage space for toiletries. This ensures privacy and comfort for all guests sharing the room.

Air Conditioning: Stay cool and comfortable during your stay with individually controlled air conditioning.

Secure Lockers: Each guest has access to a lockable storage unit to keep your belongings safe while you explore the beautiful surroundings of Puerto Vallarta.

Kualena Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Chambres propres, hostel sympa mais vide. Pas d’accueil, arrivée autonome, pas d’activités, si vous voulez être au calme c’est l’idéal mais pour rencontrer du monde même si ça peut arriver ce n’est pas l’endroit idéal !

L'hotel est bien situé. La cuisine est super propre et nouvellement et bien equipée. Il y a un dortoir qui a une salle de bain, les 2 autres non. Il y a des dortoir qui a des casiers à clés pour les valises, d'autres non. Le seul bemol c'est qu'il y a une seule salle de bain pour environ 10 personnes alors elle est souvent prise par ceux qui prennent leur douche. Ce serait bien d'avoir une toilette a part en addition. De plus, la propreté de celle-ci laisse à désirer, manque papier de toilette

No one was there when I checked in at 3pm just got let in by another person staying there, nothing really going on not very social. Close to everything in zona romantica, facilities were good/clean
