No one was there when I checked in at 3pm just got let in by another person staying there, nothing really going on not very social. Close to everything in zona romantica, facilities were good/clean

The staff are very nice and smiling. My bed was comfortable, I especially liked my room the 6 bed dorm since it has its own washroom which was cleaned daily by staff. If you check in late, they email you a code to get in. Sometimes there is no one at the front desk after 1pm, maybe they can have a volunteer tend the front desk after hours. I highly recommend this hostel. I think it is a good value and has a lot of potential. Wifi works great and the kitchen is well provisioned. Thank you.

The reviews do not match my experience. I don’t know if they’ve let it go because it’s off season, but I saw 5 different cockroaches in the 4 bed mixed dorm room. Disgusting. There’s only someone working from 8-1 and I think I saw her twice during my three night stay. Also can’t lock your door and it was only me and a 80 year old man in the room next to me in the building it didn’t feel safe or comfortable. It either smells like cleaning supplies or sewer. No social life or any activities avail.
