The advertising doesn’t match reality. “24/7 CCTV” is nonexistent — my car was damaged on-site, and staff couldn’t produce footage or show any concern. When questioned, they became defensive instead of helpful. Unacceptable service and very poor management. This property is not as safe or honest as it claims.

This hostel is very clean and tidy. Probably the cleanest I've seen in my life. Even the kitchen was clean and had everything I needed to cook a simple dinner. The room is cozy with new furniture. The location is perfect super close to USC, museums, and downtown LA. The staff was very responsive.
