Terms & Conditions:
- All our bookings are non-refundable. Full payment of the booking is chargeable in the event of cancellation or booking modification.
- All prices include free WiFi, lockers (with locks), clean toilets, bathrooms, clean linen and clean rooms.
- Our reception operating hours are 7:30am-12pm and 4-8pm. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required.
- Late check-in charges are as follows:
1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight, and
2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7:30am to 12pm the next day at no additional charge.)

- If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(7:30am to 12pm) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 7:30am to 4pm on your check-in day.
- If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost and collect your bags from 4pm to 8pm during reception operating hours.
- The air-conditioners in the dorms are turned on continuously throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans during the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
- To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
- Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.
- To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guests may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted.
- We do not accept big groups above 8pax. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings.
- Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.
- Breakfast is NOT included.

Veuillez noter que les enfants âgés de 5 à 11 ans ne peuvent être logés que dans des chambres privatives, et non dans les dortoirs.

Pour des raisons de capacité d'accueil, l'établissement n'accepte pas les singapouriens/les locaux de retour/RP (Résident permanent)/étrangers possédant des permis de travail.

Pour des raisons de propreté, il est interdit de porter des chaussures à l'intérieur de l'auberge de jeunesse (excepté dans les toilettes). Les hôtes peuvent porter des chaussettes s'ils ne se sentent pas à l'aise pieds nus.

L'hôtel est situé au quatrième étage d'un magasin historique sans ascenseur.

Les clients doivent fournir à l'établissement une heure d'arrivée approximative

Aucun enregistrement ne peut être effectué après 1h30 du matin.

Des frais additionnels s'appliquent aux hôtes arrivant après 11:00 PM.
