Terms & Conditions:
- All our bookings are non-refundable. Full payment of the booking is chargeable in the event of cancellation or booking modification.
- All prices include free WiFi, lockers (with locks), clean toilets, bathrooms, clean linen and clean rooms.
- Our reception operating hours are 7:30am-12pm and 4-8pm. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required.
- Late check-in charges are as follows:
1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight, and
2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7:30am to 12pm the next day at no additional charge.)
- If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(7:30am to 12pm) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 7:30am to 4pm on your check-in day.
- If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost and collect your bags from 4pm to 8pm during reception operating hours.
- The air-conditioners in the dorms are turned on continuously throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans during the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
- To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
- Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.
- To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guests may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted.
- We do not accept big groups above 8pax. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings.
- Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.
- Breakfast is NOT included.

しかし、リバー インが提供しているのはそれだけではありません。シンガポールのうねる道を探検し、様々な文化を体験し、味覚を楽しませ、うだる暑さで靴をすり減らした後は当ホステルがお客様を温かく歓迎いたします。リラックスして、日記を書き、他の旅行者と会話して経験談を語り合うための空間を提供します。当ホステルは寝床を提供するだけでなく、アイディア、インスピレーション、考え、成長を交換できる場所を目指しています。旅行の醍醐味はそこにあるからです。
利用条件:
料金には税金が含まれています。
チェックイン：14:00～23:00。23:00以降のチェックインは受け付けていませんのでご了承ください。ホステルの清潔さを保つためにはクリーニング スケジュール(12:00～14:00)に従う必要がありますので14:00以降のチェックインにご協力ください。当ホステルのフロントは9:00～23:00の間だけ営業しています。
チェックアウト時間：12:00
当ホステルは歴史的店舗の4階にあり、エレベーターはございませんのでご了承ください。
バックパッカーズ ホステルとしての環境を保つため、5歳未満のお子様は受け付けておりません。5歳から11歳までのお子様はプライベート ルームでのみお泊まりいただけます。ドミトリーはご利用になれません。12歳以上のお子様はプライベート ルームにもドミトリーにもお泊まりいただけます。
早朝のフライトでお越しになったお客様は早めにチェックインして(チェックイン日の7AM以降)当施設の設備を利用したり、町に出かけられる際にお荷物をお預けいただくことができます。7AM以前にチェックイン/荷物預かりをご利用になるには前夜からのご予約が必要です。
同様に、チェックアウト日に夜遅くのフライトやバスをご利用になる場合は、追加料金なしでお荷物を22:00までお預かりすることができます。
当施設ではお部屋の数が限られているため、シンガポール人/帰省者/PR/就労許可をお持ちの外国人は受け付けておりません。何かご不明な点がございましたら、ご予約前にお問い合わせください。
ホステルの清潔さを保つため、室内は土足禁止となっております(トイレを除く)。裸足が不快なお客様は靴下を着用していただけます。
8人を超える団体様は受け付けておりません。ウェブサイトで予約される前にお問い合わせください。
すべての部屋/ドミトリーに窓があるわけではございませんのでご了承ください。窓のあるお部屋に泊まる必要がある場合は予約前にお問い合わせください。
割引価格のシンガポール アトラクション チケットをフロントで販売しております。当ホステルのお客様のみがご利用いただけるXboxおよび交換用図書室がございます。また、当ホステルでは自転車レンタル サービスをお手頃な価格で行っており、ライオン シティーの探索にご利用いただけます。
キャンセル/ノーショウ ポリシー
予約をキャンセルまたは変更される場合は48時間以上前にお知らせください。それ以降は1泊分の料金が発生します。
ご到着予定時間の後3時間はお客様のお部屋/ベッドは確保されます。それ以降は他の方が予約できるよう解放されます。旅程に遅れが発生している場合は、電話かEメールでお知らせいただけると幸いです。
