Staff was amazing and super helpful while I was trying to get to this hotel during a countrywide train strike in Italy. Free luggage storage and breakfast. Great location and value for money, the only problem I encountered was no WiFi connection in the room I stayed in, I had to go out into the reception or breakfast area to get connection.

I was amazed at how simple it was to get from the train station to this location. If you are dealing with luggage, are a 'newbie' to Venice or just don't want to hassle with finding your way around, this is a great place. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Both with property issues but as well as answering questions about things like where to buy ACTV tickets and the like. It is an older hotel which for me was a good thing but for others might not? I would absolutely stay here again.
