I enjoyed staying the night there, it was easy, fast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were also good, breakfast was actually a nice bonus I did not expect (bread, jams, peanut butter, coffee etc.) It was great overall!

I found the location too lively for me. I prefer full calm. As I went in, I got welcome by the Italian warmness of David. I shared my concerns about the noise to him. But his manager Hany was so nice that I felt better. He showed me the room, i found it nice and very clean with fresh sheets and pillow case already fixed. Plus they offer breakfast. It's nice. My other hostel didn't do it. There's always someone to listen to you; Axel was very helpful before and after I checked out.

Pretty decent place, given that I've stayed here twice. Cheapest place in Amsterdam, staff were very kind and facilities were clean. Easy walk to the main train station or even faster tram ride. Area has good pubs, bars and restaurants with touristy shops and high end stores. Door is a little hard to find and the breakfast is a quite small. Does not have personal lockers, but a safe room. Good place for a few nights.

Great location for staying in central Amsterdam. Expensive for what it is, £55 a night for a 14 bed hostel is very expensive, although maybe this is just Amsterdam. Would have been helpful to know that we had to pay in cash on arrival. Night staff very unapproachable, rude, refused to give us breakfast 10 mins early and claimed it was half an hour before breakfast started. Really only thing going for it is the location.

There were bedbugs and mice. The wifi needed to be rebooted a few times. There was construction while we were staying there, so there were no floorboards, and it was super dusty and noisy. The bathroom light has a motion sensor which switches it off every few seconds.

Hostel is central, which means both close to many things and in a very loud party zone. The beds were not full size, not just in width but in length as well. There was no lockers or luggage storage. It was unbearably hot. The people at the front desk told us to just take any beds, and then at 3.30 at the night a bunch of drunk/stoned guys told us we were en their beds and told us to move. Could have easily been avoided with help from the staff. Breakfast was just bread and nutella. Showers OK.

It’s always about the staff. Staff ok, Latvian manager was nothing to do with public or customer service. Some people do suit their job. He did not. Very money greedy and arrogant with it. Thank you.
