Property Description

We have put extreme care and passion in designing all our dormitories and rooms so that all our guests can both enjoy a quiet rest, and hang out in a pleasant, contemporary environment which inspires infinite human connections. Our mood is one of a kind, we aim to be “glocal” Anda Venice, a place where international travellers will get a unique chance to mingle with local millennials and, why not, the way around. We believe this explosive “glocal” dimension will create added value to the thousand interactions, turning a simple hostel stay in an immersive travel life experience.

You can opt for female or mixed ensuite dormitories with 6, 7, 9 beds. Did we say there are going to be plenty of bright and spacious interactive spaces? There is going to have a communal kitchen, fully equipped with utensils and kitchen appliances, a breakfast area, a design bar and plenty of indoor comfortable seating areas with design furniture, hanging plants, and external patios.

2) I'm younger than 16 but travelling with my parents. Perfect, you can stay at Anda but only in dorms for private use. You cannot share the dorm with other travellers and need to book and pay for the entire dorm.
3) I'm younger than 16 but travelling with somebody who is 18. It’s fine too! But as long as you book a private room/dorm for private use and provide us with an authorization signed by your parents and a copy of their IDs/passports.

Overview

At the Anda Venice, it's easy to meet fellow travellers in our bright and airy hostel. We hope you'll love our industrial-chic interior as much as we do! It's designed for you to be sociable, with big tables in the kitchen (complete with a breakfast area and dishwasher) and even an urban garden! There's a buzzing mood here thanks to the common areas like our café, games room and laid-back bar with a patio – all ideal for meeting people to swap your stories with.

Location

We're set in Venice Mestre, a 3-minute walk to the station of the same name, so you can reach the main Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia by train in 12 minutes. From here, you can wander to the intricate Piazza San Marco, Venice's central square with its famous clock tower, and soak up the history (while keeping an eye out for the pigeons). Venice Marco Polo airport's an easy 20-minute drive from the hostel.

Rooms and Dorms

All rooms have security lockers for your peace of mind, plus en-suites so you can roll out of bed and into a private hot shower. You can choose between female or mixed dorms, accessed by key cards, and linen's included, so your sleeping bag can stay rolled up. There's air-con, too, for those sweltering Italian nights, and a socket and handy reading light beside your bed for that irresistible late-night scrolling.

Extras and activities

We've got 24-hour reception and security, plus an ATM so you won't be short on cash. When you want to check in with home and send those pics of you next to a gondola, log onto our free Wi-Fi. There's luggage storage and a laundry room, including a washer and dryer, in case you need to start re-wearing your outfits. And when you get back with aching feet from a day exploring, skip the stairs and jump in the lift!

This is a fantastic hostel, one of the best i have stayed at. Fantastic facilities, great atmosphere - they have a party on certain nights, great way of meeting fellow travellers. The rooms are very modern and clean. Only one slight downside is location is not in central venice but it is very close to train station/bus stop so still very easy to hop on a bus/train and get to venice centre quickly. Don't hesitate to book here 👍

Great hostel. Shower was perfect. Bar was good atmosphere. Very close to train / bus to get into Venice. The only thing - dont open windows if you dont want mosquito bites (my bad!) Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The ensuite bathroom didn't have a space to put clothes/shower bag, but spacious as well. Beds were firm and comfortable (no springy mattress!) with a light and power socket. Staff were very kind and helpful. Kitchen had lots of induction stove tops, no oven or microwave though. Near bus stop and train station. There's a supermarket nearby, though not many restaurants around. Would definitely reccomend!

Clean, modern, lots of space and cozy backyard. The hostel is massive with 7 or 8 floors so the vibe is more like at a student dorm than at a friend's living room. So if you prefer more social than intimate vibe, that's the spot. They have some events & bar going on at the courtyard as well so it's very easy too get acquainted with other travellers (even at covid times)

I chose to stay at this hostel because of the convenient location close to the train station, super easy to get into Venice. The hostel is awesome, super clean, great facilities with everything you need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative is that because the hostel is so big and spread out it makes it difficult to get chatting to other travellers but i was fortunate to hang out with someone that I met in my room. Would definitely recommend if visiting Venice.

Nice place!!! Just take into account that to see Venice like in the pictures, you need to take a train. It´s not a problem: Anda Venice's location is so close to the train station and is easy and fast to go to Venice Island.

    Fabulous

We stayed in a private 2 person room, so if felt more like a hip hotel. The shower was nice with good pressure and hot water (was coming back from multi day hike). It was nice that there were 2 sinks outside the toilet to get ready in. The bed was too firm for my taste, I found it uncomfortable, but the room was tidy and clean. It's not located on the island of Venice, but was super easy to get there with the train. But there's nothing really around the actual hostel.

    Fabulous

Rooms are clean and spacious, but the layout is a bit odd. Showers and toilets are seperated, but sinks are in the middle of the room, thus it's impossible to use them without disturbing your roommates. It can get a bit annoying that there is always music everywhere on the premises, certainly not everyone's taste. Breakfast in a nearby hotel is very good value. Overall, it was pretty calm due to Corona, but I enjoyed it more than a full and noisy house.

Easy access to Mestre station. Hostel was quiet due to Coronavirus, the bar staff frequently seemed to dissapear.
