It's very clean, and well located near Bercy station. Recommend to take your own soap because they don't have any kind of thing to wash your hands after toilet. But the good thing is you can leave you luggage free until 8 pm.

The staff here were lovely, and accommodating. Located close to several different train/metro/bus stations which makes it easy to get around. The luggage room is one big room under the hostel, so you don’t have individual lockers but if you’re suitcase is locked there is nothing to worry about. We were in a four person dorm, and each have a small en-suite. The one power point in our room was in a really dumb location so it made charging anything difficult as the adapter we had kept falling out.

    Very Good

I've stayed in much better hostels for the same price, though this is the only one I've stayed at in Paris. Only one power socket per room, unreliable WiFi, awkward staircase to the shared luggage room, no curtains on the beds. It was clean though. No one seemed to talk to each other, but maybe that's just Paris. Great location.

    Very Good

Great location. We stayed in a private 4-bed room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good, however the bathroom smelled a little, unfortunately. I think it was a smell from the shower. Only one plug in the room :( Most of the staff were helpful. The breakfast was great value for money and I loved the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine! Great coffee for 50 cent!! :) Overall, I would go back as it was generally clean&great value

No air con in room, and lack of storage space, does have small personal safe. Filling basic breakfast and good location. Limited atmosphere.

Bring earplugs!! The staff does not enforce quiet hours at all. People can be heard at all hours, same with the showers. Children woke us multiple times during quiet hours from screaming and running down the halls. Some staff members were rude and had no interest in helping us while others were friendly. The free breakfast is good, but gets old fast and needs more variety. Luggage storage was helpful when we arrived before check-in. If you are out late, be prepared to be locked out.

Guy barged into room at 1:30am shouting someone’s in his bed (wrong room) he then got the receptionist who came in and turned light on waking everyone even more, very rude. Breakfast though included was a stale baguette & carton juice. Beds not very sturdy, nearly pulled it over when getting up on top bunk, mattresses small, and twice I had a sheet with white stains on... shower leaked and one plug socket in the room. Female staff were nice though and it’s close enough to metros&only hour walk

They charged me TWICE for my one-night stay, and then said they couldn’t figure out how to refund me!!! I never got my money back and I am absolutely infuriated. The lady helping me was rude and impatient too, even though it was THEIR fault.
