The location is amazing, it is within 10-15 minutes by metro from major sightseeings. There was an issue with the reservation, but the personnel was really kind and they fixed it really fast. Some weird rules, like no entry to the rooms between 11am and 3pm, or leaving the key. They have a baggage room, so if you arrive early, you can drop stuff, and go see the city. The aisle on the first floor is roofless, which, for me, it would be amazing during summertime, not so much so during winter.

Affordable rooms, decent location. Bathrooms were in the hall but the room had its own sink. 1 of the 2 toilets were out of order the entire stay. The showers were gross and it was very inconvenient to be kicked out of the hostel and even the WiFi 11a-3:30p each day for cleaning. The staff was nice but it was inconvenient to leave our room key at the desk everytime we left and wait in line to pick it back up. The cleaning lady asked us to leave our door open for her while she cleaned elsewhere

I have stayed at many hostels all over the world and I know what to expect. I found this one to be particularly noisy and the shower area was not that great with not enough toilets. I was cheep and cheerful and the location served us well.

It is basically the worst hostel I’ve ever been! The light in the room is so dim. The room had a big musty smell. And the hot water in the room is not always on in the evening. The height of the bed is also very inappropriate, too low for sitting on the bed. The soundproofing effect of the room is not good. After 11 o'clock, other people can be heard playing music loudly using Bluetooth speakers, and no one will deal with it. What’s worse there is no light and hair dryer in the bathroom.

The twin bed room was changed to a bunk bed room without and there was no willingness to do anything about it. The blankets had brown stains on them and it took talking to several staff members to change them. Per hallway there were only two toilets which resulted in them being extremely dirty quickly every day. Also it was very noisy. The location in the city is good but all in all I would recommend to go to another place even if it is a bit more expensive.

Someone vomitted on one of our beds and the next day the sheets were still stained because apparently they "don't change the sheets".

We stayed from the 31st of January until the 2nd in a private room. On the first day of the year the cleaner came into our room at 9 am and told us to wake up because he wanted to clean the room. We explained him that we don't want to wake up so early and that he could leave without cleaning but he insisted that he had to clean and after 30 minutes another cleaner came back and she started shouting that we have to leave the room immediately because she wanted to finish and go to sleep. 🤷
