Great location!! An awesome little cenote bar in the back. Beds are comfy and big so you can share if you need, also beds have curtains. The only thing is it’s just loud since it’s next to a bar so it’s hard to sleep. Also would be nice if there was a common area with a kitchen! Other than that great hostel, it’s all bamboo so lots of character. Great place to meet friends as well :) showers are hot but no plug ins in the bathroom so can’t blow dry or do your hair. Also fresh sheets daily!

Beautiful hostel! Like living in a large treehouse. My water was cold for all three nights showers. I also only had filtered water my first night. The next 2 nights it was empty. Aside from the water issues, beautiful place and lovely lovely staff.

This hostel is super nice for the money that you are paying. It’s right in the good side of the hotel zone in Tulum, you can get easily to anywhere you want. Unfortunately there isn’t any kitchen or nice area to just sit and chill and no much atmosphere either. But you have a king size bed, and everything is clean!

It’s pricey but the location is good if you want to be in the hotel zone. I didn’t really get a huge hostel vibe tho. The cenote is connected to the bar next to the hostel it’s not directly attached to the hostel. I felt like it was hard to make friends because it was going to a bar where it wasn’t mostly people staying at the hostel. But it is a nice place!

    Very Good

The private room was beautiful. It's not on the beach but across the road from a few hotels that are on the beach. It's very LOUD at this place. The taxi stand is right outside, lots of partying going on around the place. If you are on a budget and want to be on the strip of the ocean near tulum, this is the best value. There was also a lot of construction going on around the place. Noisy workers and generators. For a hostel this place is missing essential utilities, no common kitchen.

Beautiful concept but incredibly over priced. The shower had hot water but it wasnt possible to obtain luke warm temp & the toilet was leaky. If you turn on the hot water mixed with cold, it just gets steaming hot. I also found a scorpion in the room which is ok and is to be expected staying in a tree house like setting. There was no drinking water available and the cenote was in the middle of a unused abandoned bar. This place is LOUD because of the surrounding clubs/ bars.

The hostel did not conform to the pictures shared on the app. The cenote is in the middle of an abandoned club, not taken care of. The staff did not expect our arrival, the room that was given to us smelt of mold. Hostel surrounded by works and a club, hence loud. The aircon turns on at 8pm, was badly positioned and didn’t reach the beds. No common room, fridge, nor some sort of bar. Not great for socialising.

Nice concept but very overpriced. Main access door and dormroom door were broken, so security wasnt that great. Does not offers breakfast or even drinking water. Beach club is about 1 mile away, farther than expected. Bed ok, but mosquito net zipper was damaged. Bathrooms poorly maintained, not even hand soap or drying paper, infested with mosquitoes. Gathering areas are non existent, such as kitchen or living. Wifi sucks.

This place is in terrible condition. Constant loud noise from construction site across street. When we were there, the 'cenote' was flooded, unusable, and the building was in bad shape. There was no running water, AC didn't work, and moldy room. I do not recommend coming here, especially during hurricane season. the staff felt no need to inform us of the extent of recent damage, although they did refund our remaining nights when we checked out early. also, beach 'access' was around a km away.

I didn’t get to actually stay here because I cancelled but was still charged for the full stay. In their cancellation policy it says a no show is charged the deposit that was already paid and one nights stay not the whole stay. They were not very helpful when I discussed this and blamed the whole thing on hostel world even though they are the ones who charged me not hostel world.
