Just 5 minutes from the beach, a short walk to the bustling cafes and bars of Acland street and just a short tram ride to access all the 'must-do' sites in and around Melbourne CBD. Nomads St Kilda has everything you need for your Melbourne experience!

From shared rooms to Private Balcony Deluxe spaces (we can boast about all our rooms having their very own ensuite and split system air con) there is something for everyone, all overseen by our friendly 24 hour reception team. The reception desk operates all day every day and you will even be able to message them through the Goki app with any questions or queries you have :)

Our on site bar, Red Eye Bar; Home to the famous Big Willy's Bingo every Monday night. - is the perfect spot for you to take part in our nightly event schedule with some of the best events in Melbourne. Enjoy a bite to eat or some free pool whilst spending time meeting like-minded people looking to make friends and have a good time. A nightly event schedule keeps things interesting with events such as interactive Trivia’s and Silent Disco’s to ensure a social environment is always our focus!

I love nomads it’s friendly , sociable and the rooms are also great. The staff are amazing especially issac he’s very helpful, funny and great to have a chat with and he does the best bingo on a monday!

Base St Kilda is a spacious and modern backpackers' hostel located just five minutes from Luna Park and the beach. There are also two stops outside with lines going directly to the centre of Melbourne. Hostelworld guests tell us this hostel has a friendly party atmosphere and helpful staff who provide nightly themes, parties and games in the lively onsite bar. We like that all their rooms are ensuite.
