One of the best hostels I've been so far. Clean, organized, great staff, nice amenities, comfy beds. The staff is really kind and always helpful. It's a total 10/10!

The hostel was really nice with a great location close to the main square. The staff was friendly and we were able to leave our backpacks while visiting Machu Picchu. The beds were super comfy and the showers had hot water with good pressure. Wifi didn’t really workinside the room but it compensated how well it worked in the main hangout areas. Free breakfast covered quite a lot as well (eggs, fruit, bread, coffee and cereal), also coca tea was available at all times! Would definitely recommend.

I love the ambiance in ecopackers and the fact you can gaze at the sun in the common area. Plus Joel was really very friendly and helpful.

The staff, Sara and Noelia particular, were wonderful helped us when our reservation was lost, and they stored our bags when we had an over night camping trip. We were also able to walk literally five minutes to the Plaza de Armas and see all the sights. Honestly, my biggest complaint is that the WiFi didn't work in the rooms, only in the common area. I will say though, this hostel is definitely more for just hanging out, it is NOT a party hostel, which is perfect for us.

My sister and I stayed here for two nights when we first arrived Cusco, and I was amazed by the beauty and architecture in this old building one can feel is so full of history and memory. The beds are amazing, bathrooms are clean with hot and good showers. The breakfast wasn’t the heartiest, but it had some nice hangout areas around the building. I would stay there again ✨🍀✨

Everything was fine except that I got food poisoning with the trucha that I ate there, it was horrible to get sick my last day in Cuzco. Please check the food quality before it has been served to the customers.

It was just an average stay. Breakfast was above average but still pretty average in average terms. Kitchen for personal use was extremely below average. Bathrooms were of acceptable cleanliness but room to change in showers less than average. Meh, not too fussed on this hostel, wouldn’t bag it but wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't like staying here - nothing eco about this place, and one of the sinks in the bathroom was leaking the entire time I stayed here (5 nights?). Freezing cold, I added two blankets to my bed and was still cold at night. No free tea/coffee which is critical in an open air hostel in a cold city (other hostels offer this). Staff was nice but disorganized. Good location.

Ecopackers was OK. The bartender and kitchen staff was slow and not extremely friendly. One night the water was not working for the showers, sinks or toilets. We also went to pick up our laundry and they said they didn't have it... so we had to wait for them to find it. It was a relaxing and quiet place to stay but that is about all I really have to say for this place. I would most likely stay somewhere else next time.

Had expected more from here after reading great reviews online. Was a bit dead atmosphere wise while I was there. Also they asked me to move rooms and I packed up my stuff again but when I went looking for the staff member who asked he said I didn't need to, but didn't have the courtesy to come tell me that!
