Generator Madrid

Generator Madrid is a design hotel-hostel located just steps from the Grand Via in the centre of the city. Guests can choose from shared dorms to private rooms, offering something for everyone. Complete with 24-hour reception, free wifi, restaurant and one of the best rooftop bars in the city, Generator is a fun and affordable choice in Madrid.

Located at the corner of Calle Silva and Calle San Bernardo, right off of the bustling Gran Via. The building is triangular in shape and was originally built in 1930 for residential use. After the Spanish Civil War ended, the area became much more commercially oriented, and the building was transformed into a parking lot with a gas station on the main level. The area has several representative buildings of the different times, with great historical and cultural value.

We are located in one of the best areas of Madrid, right near to some of the most renowned landmarks and attractions of the city such as Templo de Debod, Parque del Retiro and Puerta de Alcala¡, amongst other interesting attractions that you can visit in Madrid.

We have several types of rooms in order to satisfy the needs of our guests and travellers. In this sense, we have both private and shared both accommodation options that will make the stay of our guests and travellers wonderful. On top of that, we have several common areas where the guests and travellers can get together and exchange past experiences and future plans.

You want to be spending time exploring the city, not waiting for pasta to boil! We might not have a food preparation space, however we have a restaurant and cafe that will cater to your every needs!

Generator Madrid Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival.
In case of no show or late cancellation, the total amount of the full booking will be charged unless the property is informed of late arrival by the guest.

All Reservations: This property will pre-authorise your booking in order to confirm it 6 days before arrival. Should it not be possible to pre-authorise your card, they will send an email to the booking email to request a valid payment method. Should you fail to reply to the email within the next 24 hrs, your booking will be cancelled

Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 10:00 .

If applied, payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
This property might pre-authorize your credit card.

GROUPS
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

PET
We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a € 25.00 fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg

Valid Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Please be advised that we do not offer food preparation facilities as we have a cafe, a bar and a restaurant in the building.
All external food and drinks are prohibited as our delicious treats are all you will need!
