Friendly staff, clean rooms and a good price. The only knock is that it is a bit removed from the base of the hill.

I stayed with my 12 year old at this hostel in a private room. It was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen and eating area is large and well organized. Covid protocols are clearly and appropriately in place. The view of the mountains from the room was great!

Spent 4 nights here in a 4 person mixed dorm with a few friends while skiing at Whistler. Room is a bit cramped but has all the things you need. Facilities are good. Kitchen is fantastic. The views and atmosphere are great. Good entertainment rooms and skiing gear room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from the village but you can get the bus out front of the building which takes about 20 minutes. Overall great spot for the money if you are skiing at Whistler.

This is a clean place with pleasant staff and a very good large kitchen to cook in. The mattresses are comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Overall a great stay and good facilities. Only downside was the amount of hairs in the room and in the sheets. We had to ask for new sheets and they still weren’t free of hairs. Other than that it was a great stay and good value for money.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The cooks at the cafe were not using proper hand hygiene during a pandemic. Cmon guys. Also had a grumpy roommate come in to dorm after long day, pissed that my partner and I took her bed, when we took the bed we were assigned. She said it was the second time they did this to her. She also said they even sent a guy to her room the day before. So I guess the front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. I upgraded to a private room for the 2nd night. No refund offered

The 1. Real sore spot of this hostel. Is all of them signs keep your distance hostels are for socializing not solitary prison like confinement. We're all vaccinated for Pete's sake. This hostel surpasses 3 fold in my opinion to all other hostels hotels cafes transport vehicles and tourist catering venues,. I don't know if it's management or h i administration or government intervention. Too bad the very nice staff has to work amongst these numerous disturbing signs
