Good spot right across the street from Waverly station. Was skeptical about the triple bunk but it was actually really cozy and private. Nice shower and staff were accommodating. PSA you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the hostel

This hostel was brilliant! A continuously great atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. The facilities were amazing; an accomodating, clean kitchen, and hot showers (you just have to find the right one). The long breakfast hours made for a flexible morning, allowing time for early risers and those who wished to sleep in. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Edinburgh!

Great location & overall a nice place to stay for a few nights. Pain points: You can hear everything within the hostel, especially since the room doors lock very loudly. We had a hard time sleeping. And the water pressure as well as a good temperature (neither burning in hell nor freezing to death) were hardly there.

Only stayed in this hostel one night, so I'm sure I didn't get the total vibe of the place, but my room and the bathroom were very clean - although really small. I didn't use the shower or kitchen so I can't say anything to those facilities. Overall, a nice stay but might be a bit squishy at times. There are other hostels in Edinburgh that are a little bigger, but it was a good stay other than that! Great location right next to the train station.

Perfect location in the heart of Edinburgh. The accommodation is good. Beds are hard, but often private with a curtain. Unfortunately, my bed was the only one without a curtain. This is not a party hostel, but more for the quiet individual travellers. There's not really a common room, so meeting others might prove a bit difficult. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the sanitary was clean.

great hostel for its location, no breakfast and no real atmosphere. Dorm beds were comfortable and it's warm inside the hostel Not sure if it's because of the nearby hostel but there are some people super loud down the stairwell until 3am sometimes
