JO&JOE is a house open for all, a cool and caring social hub! For people travelling alone, in pairs or in group, we offer an ideal and appropriately priced shared or private accommodation in Paris - Gentilly. As well as serving the best burgers in town and awesome cocktails, we also have a self-serving beer tap system! Located right in front of the biggest Parisian campus, the JO&JOE Paris-Gentilly is ideally located with the B line RER train that will take you directly to the center of Paris in 20 minutes.

At JO&JOE people either come from the other side of the world or just live one block away. They gather to enjoy a fresh, simple and homemade cuisine as well as refreshing drinks and the 450 square meters garden. The stage welcomes artists every week and our events program brings travelers and locals together.

The Happy House is part of the experience at JO&JOE Paris - Gentilly: wich is a social space for inhouse guests only. You will find everything you need to heat up a snack or chill with your new friends.

Located between the Porte d'Orleans and the Porte de Gentilly, a 5-minutes walk from the Cite Internationale Universitaire of Paris and 10-minutes from the Charlety Stadium. JO&JOE is located next to the RER B line which is directly connected to the center of Paris (20 minutes) and to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (45 minutes). Orly Airport is only (35 minutes). The Tramway T3a is very close and will get you to the Paris Convention Center and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles where lots of events and congress take place every year (cars, design, fashion, farming, tatoo...).

18yo+. Children are not accepted in the shared rooms.
Please note that this standard single private shared bathroom is a cabin of 5m² and is fit table for maximum 1 person.
Pets are not allowed in the hostel.

I do not recommend this hostel. The receptionist assigned me a bed that was already occupied. When I complained, he asked why I hadn’t taken another bed myself, which was unprofessional. There was no light in the room, so I had to use my phone’s flashlight. The room was extremely hot, the AC didn’t work, and the street noise with the window open was unbearable. The location is also terrible. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The room was not cleaned properly, there were fingernails and garbage from a previous guest in the bed. The bar / restaurant never seemed to be open. They charged for breakfast and then didn't check anyone's ticket (could have eaten free, many probably did) they charged for towels, and charged PER PERSON for late check out despite having one full shared room reserved. Moneygrab, not worth it for us
