The Pillow Inn is just amazing. It’s perfect for alone travellers, because it’s so easy to meet new people. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are amazing. I cannot explain, how good this hostel is. Just make the best out of your stay there. Be open and it will be fun! One of the best hostel in Bali (for me).

The hostel was in a good location, had 2 pools, wall art, a bar, clean drinking water & lockers for your things. They offered reasonably priced rides to the airport. The manager of the pillow inn actually drove us and he was so nice :)

Overall a really nice hostel, the staff make this place what it is. A nice mix of sociable but laid back. Nice pool and bar area and the rooms are comfortable, my only issue with the place was that the showers were pretty hit and miss but to be expected. Would 100% stay here again

We really liked pillow inn. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is also great; short walk to the main streets of Ubud and the monkey forest. We loved the restaurant and bar attached to the hostel, made it really easy when you didn’t want to walk anywhere to get dinner.

Honestly does not live up to the pictures. Compared to prices elsewhere in ubud you’re paying extra and it left a lot to be desired. Air conditioning in the mixed dorm was horrible. Shower pressure was temperamental. And the restaurant attached was over priced for below average food. Staff are great and very helpful but for the premium price I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

There were roaches. I counted at least 10 out of my three day stay. There were so many that my friends and I started giving them names. Out of the two pools only one was clean and the other just needed to be destroyed and rebuilt. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Location is quite far from the main road, toilet is dirty & always stinks. I feel very uncomfortable everytime I need to use the toilet. Breakfast start late at 8am-10am, doesn't make sense as most guests have tour and hv to leave by 8am. Free yoga class starts at 8am at rooftop but suns is already up by then so it's get really hot, huge space for yoga but we hv to cramp up to avoid the sun. For a premium hostel nothing much interesting going on here. Overall I had a terrible experience.

I was looking forward to my stay but quickly regretted it! The hostel that is advertised in the pictures is not the same one you arrive to. The dorms are so hot at night it’s a real struggle to sleep as air con is so terrible. The showers are even more pitiful! Considering it’s one of the priciest hostels in Ubud It really was bad. The attached restaurant to the hostel was massively overpriced and terrible compared to outside restaurants nearby! Overall the place is a shocker!!!
