¡Gracias!

Good hostel not too far from the cathedral and pilgrims office. We were lucky to be in a dorm with only 6 beds facing the front so we’re able to keep the window open at night to keep it cool. There are lockers in the firm for you to lock your valuables. The shared showers were adequate. Reception staff were very helpful.

A brilliant laid back hostel in Santiago....near everything, yet quite. Basic but peaceful. Only Problem is Bathrooms, 2 in each floor when nearly 20 people in one floor. A bit difficult! If I return, surely I’ll stay there. I extended a day & it was no problem & the charge was less.

Very close to the centre of town which was ideal. Rooms were smaller which was also nicer. Door had a code on it which changed everyday so no one could walk in off the street which was good. Had all the facilities you would want from a hostel and the staff were very friendly.

I stayed two nights at the hostel and enjoyed its beautiful garden. It's one of the most pleasant hostels I visited, and a lot of respect for maintaining such a place. But, it's still a hostel with the usual mentality of 'let's shove as many people as possible in a room like human sardines, and give them sh*** mats on springy bases'. And no breakfast. When did that become a business too?

Some more comfortable seating in the common areas would be nice. Also, I felt some of the staff could have been friendly. No smiles and they change the door code everyday and treat you like you’re breaking an entering when you don’t have the new code, even though it could simply be solved by giving the person every door code there will be for their whole stay. The location was really nice, quiet, loved the kitchen for guests, and I loved the view out the windows at sunset.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful! Great common area spaces and very clean beds. Bathrooms were not as clean. A little bit further from the center but we honestly had a great experience here and would stay here again!

Super location but a little old and worn. Toilets and showers were shared by men and women which I found a bit strange.
