On a recent trip to the British Isles, we stayed at a variety of lodgings--B&Bs, hotels, guest houses . . . and Tullyarvan Mill Hostel. It was the best value of any place we stayed, and we also got to know our fellow travelers the best here. The shared kitchen was a great assembly place! One quibble: don't rely on your GPS to find the Mill, because you'll be led (if your GPS is the same as ours) to a spot in the road across the river. Follow their website directions instead.

Great place on the outskirts of Buncrana. Excellent heating and shower facilities in the rooms. The kitchen and common room are nice and do the job. It's an easy walk into Buncrana and a good base from which to explore further.

Fairly quiet hostel in a nice location about 15 min walk from everywhere you would want to see in Buncrana. Good place to catch up on some sleep but not an overly social hostel. Check in lady was nice, shower was warm, bed was clean & comfortable. For what I required on that particular day it was perfectly fine.
