This place is insanely good for value. Yes, it is a little over the usual 'backpacker' budget accomadation wise. But all you need to do is simply bring your own food etc. And cook in the kitchen to balance out. This is not overpriced at all. Beachfront, crazy pool and bar with endless activities. Plenty of other travelers to socialize aswell.

Couldn’t get the lockers to work but most amazing place! Private beach, nice pool and bar. Plenty of loungers and hammocks and I liked the dorms. Didn’t rate the restaurant and breakfast was overpriced and stopped serving at 10am.

This was a good one stop hostel for me. It is a bit further away from Tayrona park than advertised (25-30 min on bus) so keep that in mind if you're trying to get the most of your time there. My bed did have sand on in when I first arrived, but I blame that more on the guests than the hostel themselves. My room did not have AC which made sleeping rather difficult with just a ceiling fan. Did seem to have some party vibes going on so if that's what you're looking for then look no further!

Location is stunning, beautiful hostel, clean, lovely swimming pool. Beach super close and nice. Food was good! Slightly pricey but to be expected, and the restaurant only open from certain hours which was annoying. Rooms were spacious with air conditoner. Wifi not very good, super slow but what can ya do. Music could be a better by the pool, maybe quieter at times during the day... Not mant solo travelers, lots of couples. Highly recommend staying here!

Probably one of the nicest hostels that I’ve ever stayed at and is worth the steep price tag.

Beautiful hostel, right on the beach. More of a resort feel than a hostel honestly. Not many solo travelers while I was there so most people stuck around the people they came with. Great place to unwind and relax for a day or two people getting back to traveling.

    Very Good

Honest review: stunning hostel unlike any hostel I’ve ever stayed before. However... 1) One restaurant is the only option for food, it needs to be open for longer hours. If this is not possible then have snacks like chips and ice cream available at the bar. 2) A water cooler is definitely needed, so much wasted plastic with bottles and also only the first 6 are cold and the rest from outside storage. 3) S***t music by the pool, sort it out. 4) Aircon needed in all rooms 5) Overpriced

Viajero was quite disappointing for the amount of money you pay. There wasn’t much of a vibe and very few activities to try and get a “hostel vibe”. The food was the biggest disappointment as half of the menu was never available, they shut the kitchen an hour before closing time and the food was rather expensive for what you got. Obviously they’re the only restaurant you can eat at so they can get away with it. Overall won’t stay again.
