Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 5 days before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

• Original passport or Colombian ID is required at check-in.
• Air conditioning operates from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM depending on temperature and season, as part of our sustainability practices.
• Mosquito nets are available at reception.
• Music, parties, and cultural exchange are part of the hostel experience.
• Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreign residents must pay 19% VAT, not included in the rate.
• Guests must be over 18 years old.
• Small pets are allowed only in private rooms with additional cost and conditions.
• Payment is made at arrival in cash or card. The property may pre-authorize your card.
