With multiple accommodation options, you will be able to choose between staying in a private room or in a dorm, and also in an apartment, perfect for families and small groups.
You are officially invited to meet our famous ball pit, counting more than 70.000 plastic balls, so you can have fun and play, releasing the children inside us all!
WOT New Lisbon invites you to come and meet two of the most loved neighborhoods in old town Lisbon – Príncipe Real and Bairro Alto – as we are strategically placed between the two busy districts; if you want a specific restaurant or bar, we are sure we are within walking distance from those!
Embrace the hostel experience in the kitchen and share your homemade meals with everyone around you! In the summer, feel free to use our outdoor showers and get a tan.
If you do not know where to start in the city, you can always reach out to our helpful staff any day and any time. Ask them, they will devotedly help you in your journey through old Lisbon like a local.
Too tired to walk? That is fine as well, as our lounge and bar are always open, so you can relax, watch some movies or read some books. We also have video and board games, a foosball table and ping-pong, always fun with family or friends, so you have no boring evenings whatsoever.

Everything was great, minus a few things that honestly weren't the hostel's fault. Firstly, our room had no air conditioning, just a fan that blew only on one of the beds. Second, outside of our room were some homeless people who were doing drugs and screaming all night, so it was hard to sleep. And lastly, there was a man who was continuously going into the women's bathroom late at night to do drugs. He was nice and left when we found him there, but it was off-putting at first.

I found this hostel weird. It was a very strange layout and it’s hard to navigate. I stayed in two rooms here and found that generally people are comfortable being loud at 4-5 am, talking at full volume and being inconsiderate to those sleeping. I was also sexually harassed by French men and the staff did not seem to care which didn’t help because I thought they were very unfriendly to begin with. The beds are creaky, and kind of dirty. I would not stay here again.

Stayed for a couple of days and could easily go in and out and in a very convenient area. They offered many events and things to meet new people and all around the staff was super helpful and nice. Much appreciated
