From the moment you walk in, the place looks dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms are filthy, the power outlets by the beds are broken, and some of the lights don’t work. The beds also have no curtains, so there is basically no privacy. The only positive thing I can say about this hostel is its location. Other than that, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at a&o München Hackerbrücke. I have stayed at several hostels in Munich before, but this room was not as clean as expected. At night, I noticed several small insects, and there was also a strong unpleasant smell. There was no charging plug near the bed, which was inconvenient. Overall, I did not feel comfortable and was looking forward to checking out early.

Got there and they said there was a problem with my room and instead of just refunding me they put me in a room with mattress on the floor it looked like a prison cell,I’m sure the other rooms were nice but my experience was not good at all.
