Located in Rainbow Beach, Pippies Beachhouse is a chilled hostel offering Fraser Island Tours and budget accommodation for all travelers.
It features basic accommodation with free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen, shared bathroom facilities, shared barbeque area, swimming pool, laundry facilities, pool table and a Netflix chill lounge.

Two bedroom Beachside Apartments are also available which are located off property and is perfect for families or groups of friends.
Free parking is available on site. We are located opposite the Greyhound and Premier Bus Stop.

The Great Sandy National Park is a 5-minute drive away.
Rainbow Beach featuring various activities, such as horseback riding, surfing, sandboarding, fishing, diving, helicopter rides, paragliding, 4x4 beach driving and kayaking with dolphins, is a 10-minute walk away. Fraser Island is a 12-minute drive away.

We stayed at Pippies before and after going on their three day two night K’Gari tour (which I highly recommend, also request Cory as your guide, he was awesome) in a spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily double room. The room we were allocated shared a bathroom with one other double, so it was perfect. All the facilities were cleaned daily and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Good location, but there was a cockroach in the bathroom and in the bedroom earlier, the rooms were also difficult to get into - various issues with the locks.
