They’re your home away from home and our rooms have everything you need to chill out after a long day, hang out with friends, or plan your next adventure! T&C’s:

* Check-in is available from 2:00pm to 7:30pm, if you arrive after reception closes, we will send you the late check in details via email.

* Check-out is at 10am, a Luggage storage is available from 8am.

* Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Freedom Rainbow without their parent or guardian.

* Guests staying in dormitory rooms must be aged 18-35.

* Accommodation must be paid in full at or prior to check-in. Bookings taken over the telephone will require payment of a deposit equal to one night’s accommodation for the booking.

* 24-hour cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation.

* If you have made a reservation for more than one person in a dormitory room and you want to be allocated beds in the same room please make this request at the time of booking.
If you do not make a request at time of your booking then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the entire group in one room.

* All guests are required to present valid photo identification when checking-in. Freedom Rainbow will only accept a valid international Passport for international guests. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in.

* Freedom only accepts EFTPOS payments.
